10-Minute Warning CL

What can I write here under 10 minutes?

I need to get this off my chest: I give up. I can’t force myself to blog twice or thrice today to reach my blog count for October 2024. A part of my mind wants to push myself, but I’ve been so mentally unwell lately that it also affected my physical health. My entire being is so weak. That is also why I didn’t go for a walk/jog even if I promised to work out more.

But even if I’m physically and mentally healthy, I can’t blog twice or thrice in one day. I wish I was a writing machine, but I’m not. I’m only human and I can only blog once a day. I was also planning on blogging for 14 days from November 22 to my birthday December 5 (just like what I did in 2023), but in my current weak state, I’m worried that I might fail again like how I failed this September and October 2024.

Fuck this shit.

10-Minute Warning CXLIX

A quick update: After weeks of no exercise, I finally left the house to walk and jog for an hour tonight. It feels so good to exercise after work hours. I want to do this more often again.

That brings me to a resolution for 2025: I need to fully work out more. In addition to walking and jogging, I should add more aerobics, calisthenics, or weight training. To start my resolution early, I will slowly add aerobics and calisthenics this November and December 2024, and then add weight training in 2025. That means I will apply for a gym membership or find a way to work out at home. Wish me luck on this!

10-Minute Warning CXLVII

So, what can I write here under 10 minutes?

I planned on writing a new Notes to Self post this week, but I’m too lazy to finish it honestly. So I focused more on working on proposals and billings. (I lost count of how many they were.) And in my free time, I watched Lucifer and The Flash and ate a lot of baked macaroni. And I mean, a lot.

I’m sorry I can’t say much. I’m so lazy today. I hope to be less lazy tomorrow.
