For the past several days, I’ve been all ears on all of Motörhead’s studio albums in chronological order, and last Saturday, March 28, I finally reached the last album Lemmy ever recorded with his long-time bandmates (released in 2015), Bad Magic. One song that hit me harder than their usual fast-paced ones was the slow-tempo yet still heavy track “Till The End.”

Instant messaging has to be one of the greatest modern inventions known to man. Despite the distance, one can now easily message someone with a few clicks, and the recipient can reply in minutes or even seconds. I send “How are you?” to someone, and I get “I’m good! How are you?” right after, and we can take it from there.

Last night, I was in a reflective mood while I was scrolling through my drafts. Then I found something worth filing under the Notes to Self category. It was a quote I would always bring up on my social media accounts and one of my old main blogs (which preceded The Diary), but I never really explained it personally. Since I’m still in a reflective mood tonight, I figured I should bring it up one more time and finally expound on it.
The quote? It’s a line CM Punk (who was slowly growing out of The Nexus and had entered his Best in the World era) said to Mr. McMahon during a contract negotiation on an episode of WWE Raw in 2011.
