10-Minute Warning XXVII

Let me cut to the chase. As I’m typing this now on mobile, I feel really sad. I don’t want to do anything rash or hurt myself. I’m simply sad.

I did everything to feel less sad today. I woke up early this morning. I ate breakfast and lunch on time. I helped in cleaning and taking out the trash. I updated my journal earlier than usual. I listened to the Foo Fighters’ new album But Here We Are for the nth time. And then I had my nightly walking/jogging at Three Trees. And after all that, the sadness is still there. It was lessened, but it is still there.

Perhaps I need to try harder to lessen the sorrow… or maybe stay in the darkness for a while until I’m ready to bounce back? We’ll see. I just hope I will become well tomorrow or any time this week. I truly hope.

10-Minute Warning XXI

So, I’m done walking and jogging after an hour. What can I share here in 10 minutes?

Tonight I tried something different and stupid: blogging while listening to music and walking around a jogging path. I know. It is idiotic. 2 minutes into typing on mobile while walking and listening to rock music, I gave up. It is better to write/blog while listening to music or do a strenuous physical activity while listening to music. Doing 3 things all at once is too much. I’m such a stupid idiot.

Speaking of exercising while sound-tripping, I did so using my new AWEI T12P TWS earbuds. The touch controls need improvement, but as far as sound goes, it’s killer. I think I should write a full review about my new Bluetooth earphones soon.

10-Minute Warning XVII

OK. What can I type here in under 10 minutes?

This morning, I feel sleepier than usual. Mother noticed that, so in order to be awake, she told me to start working on this month’s billings. I also took a long, cold bath and 1 cup of extra strong coffee to power through the day. I’m done with the 1st part of the billings, so I took an afternoon nap after.

What else? I checked the photos I took from my younger brothers’ gig last Friday. I’m so disappointed that most of their photos – taken by my smartphone – are not clear. I’m also disappointed that I did not check the photos sooner. Damn it. I will take better photos and videos with my smartphone and DSLR next time.

Tonight I will jog again and Younger Brother will do his calisthenics at Three Trees. But I think I should do more than just jog. Last year I followed this aerobics workout on YouTube, and it helped me burn a lot of fat. Maybe I should do both jogging and aerobics again.
