10-Minute Warning CXLVIII

OK. What can I share here in under 10 minutes?

I have 2 reasons to celebrate tonight with a glass of ice-cold Jack and Coke Zero. Firstly, it’s finally the weekend, and if you have been following The Diary, you know that this is how I kick off my break from the work week.

And what’s the 2nd reason? Remember my post about the 1st Deadpool & Wolverine teaser – the post where I mentioned I wanted a Deadpool half-shell mask for so long? After finding a local supplier, ordering the mask from the supplier, and almost 2 months of waiting, I finally got the mask! Well… almost. I got the package this afternoon and I have not opened the box yet. Why? As much as I want to open the box right away, I want to blog about my unboxing and review of the Deadpool half-shell mask, and I must carefully plan and document the whole process. Wish me luck on that!

And that’s all I can share for now. Happy weekend, everyone!

Song of the Moment LI: Coheed and Cambria’s “God Send Conspirator”

Sorry again for the lack of updates lately, Diary. One reason behind that is laziness. But since I promised to meet my monthly blog count and have only blogged 5 times so far this month, I’m forcing myself to write tonight until the end of October.

Anyway, recently I finished listening to Linkin Park’s most recent studio albums: Living Things, The Hunting Party, and One More Light, and it was a wonderful sound journey. And last Monday I moved on to another favorite musical act: the progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria. I started listening to their 1st studio album The Second Stage Turbine Blade, but I never finished it until tonight. As I type this, I’m listening to the album’s last track and a favorite Coheed track of mine, “God Send Conspirator”.

An audio of Coheed and Cambria’s “God Send Conspirator”.

That is all for now. See you tomorrow.

Song of the Moment L: Linkin Park’s “Waiting for the End”

As I mentioned, I’m listening to all Linkin Park albums in chronological order. I’m done with the band’s 3rd studio album Minutes to Midnight last Thursday. Now I’m listening to their 4th studio album A Thousand Suns, and once again they are singing what I’m feeling – this time with “Waiting for the End”.

So, I’m picking up the pieces now where to begin
The hardest part of ending is starting again
