10-Minute Warning XXXIV

Warning: Graphic detail about shit/bowel/poop.

A health update: In the last post, I mentioned that my stomach is aching a bit. Last Tuesday, my stomach ache got worse and I have been violently shitting wet poop more than 20 times already. I’m not sure who is to blame for it, but I think the glassful iced latte that I had last Monday afternoon did it. I will never have an iced latte at that cafe ever again.

Today, I told my family that I’m still unwell. Mother told me to drink lots of Gatorade, and I did. And as I type this, I feel relieved because I have not pooped wet poop in an hour. I hope this is the start of my full recovery.

10-Minute Warning XXIII

OK. What can I tell here in under 10 minutes?

I’ll make this quick. I have been sneezing all day, and it’s so annoying. I think I got it from a dusty alarm sensor? I don’t know. Anyway, I already drank an antihistamine, but I’m still unwell and I can’t do any work properly. It’s like I’m expelling my soul from all of the sneezing. Fuck this shit.

As for any updates here on The Dispatch, I still don’t have a header image for the previous post and also on this post. As I said, I can’t do any work properly because of my constant sneezing. I will work on that tomorrow or on Friday.

And speaking of Friday, Gratitude Log, the new blogging series on The Dispatch about being thankful, debuts this Friday, May 24, 2023, at 10pm (Philippine time).

Oh, I truly hope I become well tomorrow.

And time’s up.

10-Minute Warning XII

So, what can I type in here in under 10 minutes?

Unfortunately, 10 minutes is all I have. I feel lazy to work, do chores or even write this post. But I must because I don’t want to ruin my blogging streak that started last February 6. So, I’m writing about my laziness to write here.

I don’t know why I became so lazy after weeks of blogging frequently. Maybe it’s the summer heat sucking my energy. Maybe it’s because I got used to eating and sleeping more during my week-long vacation in Cagayan. Or maybe it’s both. All I know is that I’m so fucking lazy. I hope I can eliminate this laziness in the next post due Wednesday.

Now that’s said, what happened in my life today? Nothing much. I did a bit of work, then I joined Mother and Younger Brother in running errands. After that, I had my favorite affogato at Satchmi even if I have a bit of a cold. (Don’t worry. I don’t have COVID-19. According to 2 rapid tests, I tested negative.) It feels good to be back in my favorite cafe after a week away from the city, even for just a few minutes.

And time’s up.
