Notes to Self XIII

This post is a part of 14 Days of The Deranged Writer (2024 edition).


Last night, after a stressful but productive day at work, I started watching the animated series Batman: The Brave and the Bold on Max (formerly HBO Max). I’m so happy to have a Max account now, and it is refreshing to see a not-so-dark knight fighting evil with his fellow heroes such as Blue Beetle, Green Arrow, and Aquaman.

And then I stumbled upon the Christmas episode “Invasion of the Secret Santas!” This is perfect because it’s already the holiday season, and after reading the synopsis, I got excited about the team-up. So, I watched the episode, and in the middle of it, Batman (my favorite superhero) said something that went straight through my heart.

This is my 13th Notes to Self.

10-Minute Warning CXLVII

So, what can I write here under 10 minutes?

I planned on writing a new Notes to Self post this week, but I’m too lazy to finish it honestly. So I focused more on working on proposals and billings. (I lost count of how many they were.) And in my free time, I watched Lucifer and The Flash and ate a lot of baked macaroni. And I mean, a lot.

I’m sorry I can’t say much. I’m so lazy today. I hope to be less lazy tomorrow.

Notes to Self XII

For the 1st time since I started The Diary, I did not blog on a Monday. Why? I walked and jogged on Three Trees and, well, I took a break from writing. And that’s what I want to share in my 12th Notes to Self.

For my new readers of The Diary, Notes to Self is where I quote something note-worthy from any media or someone I know. In this 12th edition of Notes to Self though, this is a literal note to self.
