Today, the day before my 33rd birthday, I’m starting to feel more excited. Gone are the days when I got worried about party venues and ruined plans because now everything is all set. I’m looking forward to having a simple Italian dinner party with my family and a few of my closest friends.
Other than my excitement for my birthday party, what happened today? I started working on a few November billings and then capped off the day with a viewing of Doctor Strange with my Father. While we were watching, I was reminded of a quote from The Ancient One (played by Tilda Swinton) bout having inner demons.
This is my 10th Notes to Self.

Yes, I feel much better now because of my upcoming birthday, among other things. But I also acknowledge my inner demons that will never go away. I just have to keep moving and live above them. Thank you, Ancient One.
