Hi, everyone. I was supposed to write a post last night but forgot because I enjoyed my midnight cardio and workout. Enjoying exercise over blogging… is that a good thing? Of course, it is. I need to take care of my physical health as much as my mental health. And honestly, I missed lifting weights. I need to lift more weights as much as I do a lot of walking and jogging.
However, I need to follow my blogging schedule next time – every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Philippine Standard Time). That means I should write before working out.
I will be back to regular blogging tomorrow. See you all!
